Job Introduction
We are looking for a Sales Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience who can lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships in a competitive market.
Your Mission
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and handle key accounts.
- Coordinate with marketing & product teams for lead generation and conversions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Superpowers You Will Need
Sales & Business Development
- Strong experience in B2B / B2C sales
- Ability to handle lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines
Leadership & Communication
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strategy & Analysis
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Experience in target planning & revenue forecasting
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Prior experience in a team-handling or managerial role
- Exposure to IT / SaaS / Service-based sales is a plus
