Job Introduction
We are looking for a Sales Associate with 0 to 2 years of experience who can support sales activities, interact with customers, and help achieve business targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
Your Mission
- Identify and approach potential customers via calls, visits, or online leads.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving targets.
- Maintain customer records and sales data accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing & delivery.
- Ensure good customer experience and relationship management.

Sales & Communication
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements
- Basic negotiation and convincing skills
Tools & Process
- Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn sales processes and products
Experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or Client handling
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Experience in IT / Software / Service sales is a plus
