Job Introduction
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience who can analyze business needs, gather requirements, and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Your Mission
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with product, development, and sales teams.
- Analyze process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Support UAT, testing, and implementation activities.
- Ensure solutions meet business goals and timelines.
Superpowers You Will Need
Business & Analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in requirement gathering & documentation (BRD, FRD)
- Knowledge of business process modeling
Tools & Documentation
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets
- Exposure to SQL / BI tools / dashboards is a plus
Communication
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical & non-technical teams
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience working in IT / Software / SaaS projects
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
