Job Introduction

We are looking for a Sales Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience who can lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships in a competitive market.

Your Mission

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and handle key accounts.
  • Coordinate with marketing & product teams for lead generation and conversions.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Superpowers You Will Need

Sales & Business Development

  • Strong experience in B2B / B2C sales
  • Ability to handle lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines

Leadership & Communication

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strategy & Analysis

  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Experience in target planning & revenue forecasting

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Prior experience in a team-handling or managerial role
  • Exposure to IT / SaaS / Service-based sales is a plus
